Horlicks
好立克
A British malted milk drink powder, not chocolate: milky, malty and sweet, served hot or iced beside the Ovaltine as the other drink for children and grandparents. Make it as you make Ovaltine, working the powder smooth in a little hot water first. Woolworths and Coles carry Horlicks Malt Drink Powder 400g, the UK formula. Nothing else tastes like it.
Cautions: read first

Preparation
Two or three tablespoons of powder, worked smooth in a little hot water before the milk goes in.
