The green capsicum, mild and sweet, cut into boats for stuffing, into squares for clams in black bean and for sweet and sour pork. Nobody in Australia calls it a pepper, so ask for capsicum; the long pale banana capsicum is the closest in shape to the Hong Kong stuffed pepper.
