Frozen peas

Garden peas, which the café uses frozen: a spoon on top of ham macaroni, one of the three-colour dice (peas, corn, carrot) in Yangzhou and Fujian fried rice, and in the rice under a bake. Every Australian supermarket freezer has frozen peas (500g to 1kg) and the peas-and-corn mix. No thawing needed: a minute in boiling water or the wok.
Preparation
Straight from frozen, in for the last minute.
