Ingredients 百子櫃 Dried lily bulb · optional variation, choose either this or the 海底椰 sea coconut 40 g (1 tael)
Method
Blanch the pork ribs (汆水, a quick boil to draw out blood and scum). Soak the snow fungus until it swells, tear it into small florets and cut away the hard base. Peel and seed the half-ripe papaya and cut it into large pieces. Put everything in the pot with 2.5 litres of water and bring to the boil over high heat. Turn down to low, simmer for 1.5 to 2 hours and season with salt.
